ABSTRACT: The author develops the concept of improving the business culture of the organization, which is based on his practical work as a management consultant. He builds a specific system interventions through behavioral norms, introduced in the organization, on the convictions of workers and their value system. Recommendations leaders to develop the local values of the organization, the preparation of codes of ethics of the organization and alignment of appropriate personnel policy, involving vertical mobility of staff and the system of measures for the promotion of individual employees.
