ARTICLE TITLE: The Long-term Tendencies on the Housing Market in Russia and in Moscow Region: a Challenge for the Population and Economic Policy

ABSTRACT: The article considers the buildup of structural and spatial imbalances in the housing market of the Moscow agglomeration during the last 15 years. Unless these imbalances are addressed through a coordinated long-term policy adjustments, they may negatively affect spatial efficiency and impede sustainable development of the agglomeration.
